Keep Your Organization Secure For Your Members

Collaborate in Microsoft Teams

Ensure only members of Texas State University are included in your student organization group app.

Access from your computer or your phone, Teams is a robust, secure platform, creating a one-stop-shop group for your organization. Features include chat, announcements, virtual meeting space, multiple channels when you need a space for all members and just your organization's officers, and tabs to attach other apps such as a calendar or your social media.

TXST Shared Email Mailbox

Add a level of professionalism to your student organization by setting up a txstate.edu email.

A shared mailbox allows multiple people to receive email sent to a group address. A Texas State email not only offers a level of email security outside email services do not, if you lose access to the email you only need to contact ITAC to regain access.
